The HVAC industry has been in my life since I was 18 years old. As a native of Northern Jersey, I started working in HVAC straight out of high school. By 22 years old, I had joined the HVAC Pipefitters Union, local 274. During my time with the Union, I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. While working, I also attended the Union’s Apprenticeship Program for 5 years; receiving Academic Honors upon completion. The Union provided me with all of the resources to obtain the necessary certifications in EPA Universal, Project Management and Electrical. By the year 2000, I was eager to take my experiences and training; and start my own company.
I founded RJH Mechanical in my home state of Jersey, where I was welcomed, and supported by various local businesses and commercial industry. Success grew quickly, and I was the owner/operator of a large crew of dedicated, experienced employees. This success, prompted me to take on larger Commercial sized Projects in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. I moved my business, and began these projects with enthusiasm, and eagerness to encourage the growth of my company. These projects kept my company thriving in North Carolina for 5 straight years.
It was this same enthusiasm and drive that would prompt my move to beautiful Arizona. With over 30 years of experience, and a lifetime of commitment to the HVAC industry; it was time to choose a final “home” for my business. The opportunities in the Valley of the Sun are endless. With my professionalism, and dedication to unparalleled customer service and value; I am confident that my company is where it was meant to be. Having been here two years now, I can proudly say that I am in the highest standings in the Better Business Bureau, and have received numerous recommendations and letters of appreciation from both residential and commercial customers.
